Human Resources personnel are responsible for the coordination of all employee hiring, job applicant tracking and employee skills development. The human resources department makes sure the organization has a sufficient quantity of qualified workers. They are also involved with the recruitment and screening of job applicants, working closely with the hiring manager.
Finally, human resources may be involved with issues related to organizational planning and design, and the administration of employee benefits programs.
