Human Resources

Human Resources personnel are responsible for the coordination of all employee hiring, job applicant tracking, and employee skills development.  The human resources department makes sure the organization has a sufficient quantity of qualified workers.  They are also involved with the recruitment, and screening, of job applicants; working closely with the hiring manager.

Finally, the human resources department may be involved with issues related to organizational planning and design, as well as the administration of employee benefits programs.
